Eliminate the need to distribute physical copies of CDs, DVDs or VHS videos to staff and students by digitally encoding your video based material and storing it centrally on our Video Library Server powered by RealNetworks Helix Universal Server™.
Video Library Server makes it easy for you to upload existing media files like MPEG, AVI, Windows Media and Quick Time files, and for these to be encoded for streaming delivery using profiles, ranging from mobile to full screen for white board or projector delivery.
Video Library Server works uses a batch encoder to turn raw media inputs into a streaming video outputs, utilising the same simple processes that many popular “user-generated content” sites currently employ.
To the end user this process is seamless and a short while after their clip has been uploaded, along with associated title, description and meta information via a simple upload page, it is available on the Video Library Server via an easy to use and fully searchable web interface.
