Storage Requirements:
The Helix Universal Server application requires about 18MB of storage plus storage for your media content. Single rate media storage requirements can be calculated with the following equation:("bit rate of clip in kbps 'X' length of clip in seconds") divided by 8 = KB required disk space.

**Unlimited Capacity server means that the software license does not have a specific megabit or stream capacity limit in the license key. Please note: The actual capacity you see will depend on the mix and nature of your streaming traffic as well as the host computer hardware configuration you select. The discrete line of Helix Servers and Helix Universal Servers is licensed for use on most mainstream hardware configurations today with up to two central processing units (CPUs) and one standard 1Gb network interface card (NIC) for media traffic.
