Helix Producer
Helix Producer provides standards-based live and on-demand encoding of
popular streaming media formats for organizations – all from a single software encoding platform.
Helix Producer is a professional-grade software encoding product for H.264, MP4 and RealVideo
encoding for live or on-demand delivery over broadband networks. Encoding advancements include
support for multiple source inputs, capability to simultaneously write multiple outputs per input
source, enhanced monitoring and advanced features such as Multi-Rate Live and On-Demand file creation.
With multiple outputs encoding, content is simultaneously encoded for PCs and mobile devices such as iPhone
and iPad.

- Improved workflow through customizable defaults for encoding settings, metadata and other
encoding parameters
- Productivity: Job files, batch encoding and command-line
- Token replacement provides support for dynamically naming output files, metadata or live
streams with encoding settings, date/time and more
- Selection of which bit rate to preview in the graphical interface
- GUI that displays both the source multimedia content and the encoded content side by side for
comparison and professional VU Meters displaying input and output audio levels
- Metadata attributes, such as title, author, copyright

- Live archiving allows for content to be archived at the source
- Works with Direct X and DirectShow Filter to ingest a wide range of media files. Transcode formats
